| Welcome Address |

| The day had finally arrived that we had all been waiting for - our first Buzzell Family Reunion. The first family members to arrive for the event were Todd, Elaine and Abram. In all, 81 participants enjoyed the sun, the warmth, and the love that was everywhere. |
|
| The event was opened with a "Welcome Address" given by Pat (pictures above). The first order of business for the day was to take a moment to remember 2 family members who were not with us physically but in spirit - Michael Buzzell and Eddie Heyhal. They were both in our hearts and missed by all. |
|
| Next, there were forms to be discussed and handed out for all family members to fill out and update their personal information. |
|
| Before the grill was fired up, birthday and anniversary milestones for the year 2000 were announced. There were also mentions of the oldest person at the reunion - Roy, Sr. at the age of 71. And the youngest was his great-grandson, Dylan, who is one year old. Lastly, mention was made that it was Mohamed and Pat's 6th wedding anniversary that day. :-) |

| Many thanks went out to all of those people who helped tremendously with finances, their time, food, and so many other things that went into making the reunion such a success. |

| Video footage was also taken of the event (see above picture). Pat videotaped the day and copies of the tape were available for purchase, as were group family photographs. |
